I just found out that my former bandmate in Austin Texas Riley Osborne has passed away...He was the best!

Me too! One of the first, and best, musicians I met when I landed in Austin TX in June 1972. Worked with him with BW Stevenson's band (before the excellent Stu Schulman) and other progressive country gigs. And a wonderful cool hang with a brutal sense of humor.

Haven't seen much of RO in the last few years, and I regret not seeing him. Sail on, brother.
