Post by Albert Talley »

Roy Murphy, our longtime friend and supporter of the Texas Steel Guitar Association passed away on Saturday morning, 2/29/20.

He and wife, Sally, always helped us at the TSGA Jamboree to make sure it went smoothly. We will miss his laughter and love. Our condolences go out to Sally and the family in their loss.

Roy's service will be held at Kingdom Hall, 7000 Greenleaf Road, Shreveport, LA at 2pm on Saturday, March 7.

Blessings.

Roy and Sally have been such good friends to Billie and me for a long time. Roy supported the TSGA for many years. He loved the steel and those associated with it. We'll miss you ole buddy.
