So sorry to hear this Tim. I never had the privilege to meet Billy but heard many great things about him over the years. Prayers to his family and friends.

I first met Billy at the Winnipeg Mid Canada Convention Hosted by Wayne Link in the 90's. A great player and all around nice guy.

Billy was a sweetheart and a great player and showman. He was a Canadian pioneer in steel guitar.

So sad to hear!! Knew Billy through his fill in at the music store in Medicine Hat and the conventions in Winnipeg.
Nice man with a lot of knowledge.
