Canadian icon .singer, guitar picker entertainer done tv shows here in Canada worked out of Nashville in the late 70s early 80.s Ronnie Prophet passed March 3 2018,he was 80 years old, do not know if he was sick or not.had a lot of the great ones on his shows over the years. to name a few. George Jones. Hank Jr. Dolly Parton. Crystal Gayle, Don Everly. there were hundreds more.i would never miss his shows if i could help it over the years.all ways had a steel guitar player with him God speed my friend and thanks for all the great memories. prayers to his family and friends.

We saw Ronnie down in the Bahamas back in the late sixties. He put on a fantastic one man show. I think he had an echo plex. Did a thing on Ghost riders in the sky that we will never forget. One hell of an entertainer.
We will miss you Ronnie,Godspeed.....
