Adobe Flash problems

I upgraded Firefox and now adobe flash player with not update in win xp 32 bit.

I had the same problem -- it seems that Adobe has/had an issue with the online installation process.

Go to this troubleshooting page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb ... ndows.html

and in section 8 you'll see a link to the offline flash installer for Firefox (NPAPI). Download that installer and run it. That did the trick for me.
