I guess everyone knows that Fran Newman, Jeff Newman's wife passed away. Her grand daughter is running the business now.

Yeah- plenty of folks here know that Fran passed away last November. There have been multiple threads since, and here is one started by Melissa in February about how she is keeping the business going.
