I just learned from Robby Turner that Jo had passed. He is from Rolla, Mo and started his career playing drums with me, also the Delcour Bros. Although he wasn't a steel player he played with many of the greats, such as George Jones, Jerry Lee Lewis and Ace Cannon. Joey was a very funny and full of life person. He was like one of my kids. He spent countless hours with my wife and I growing up. He has always had a place in our hearts. I have missed his sense of humor since he left Rolla. RIP Joey we love you. Joey with the Ace Cannon Band.

Bill, although I didn't know your friend, I'm very sorry for your loss. Prayers for the family.
