Anyone reloaded itunes from ipod ?

I need to reload my itunes on my lap top from my ipod. Anyone used a good program to do this that they would recommend ?

Isn't there a options setting to load your IPOD back to the ITUNES app?

Not that I could find...my itunes lost the pointers for some reason, so I want to restore whats on my ipod back to my itunes and as far as I can tell, you have to have a software tool to do that, and so far, everything I have found is somewhat pricey...which I dont mind paying, but just curious if anyone has had any experience with it before I proceed.
I have over 120GB of tunes that I dont want to lose.
