No sound from a file on BIAB ?

I got a file via email from someone on another forum, and I cant get it to make any sound. My other files work just fine in that same folder, as far as that goes all of my files work. He says that this one works on his computer and plays and makes sound. Any ideas of what is wrong ? I could forward the file to any biab gurus if that would help. Thanks in advance for any advice...I have been using biab for over 30 years and never had this problem.
