Our late Good friend Mr.Larry Scott died on July 10,2016. Larry Scott was the voice on our late friend " Al Bruno's instrumental Eiffert Records song that I Produced on Al Bruno that he wrote called " West Memphis Arkansas ". More History going away. Larry Scott and thank you for the many time you put me on the air with my records that I promoted or was my own records at KWKH in Shreveport,Louisiana & at KLAC & KBBQ in Southern California. RIP Larry & Al, I miss you both very much my brothers. :cry:

That's sad news. Leo.
Larry used to work the late night shift at KLAC, and around 1:30 in the morning he would start saying hi over the airwaves to all the pickers here in SoCal... he knew we would all be driving home from our gigs about that time.
Here's to you, Larry... you were the real deal.

Hey Skip, I remember Larry saying Hi to us. It seemed to me that it sent a warm and welcome feeling to us.

So sad to heat that Leo. Larry also worked at KRLD. Back in 1979 to 1980, KRLD tried to do country at night, but Bill Mack and WABP made them go to a big band format. I used to listen to him a lot. He even worked at KVOO, in Tulsa.
