Jimmy Grabowske's wife passes

Good morning,

I just got word this morning that Texas steel guitarist Jimmy Grabowske's wife Willie Grabowske passed away on May 31st, in the Austin area. She had not been well.

Information from her obituary:

Visitation will be on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, with funeral services to be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 2:00pm. Graveside service will be held at The Rockport Texas Cemetery at 2:00pm on Sunday, June 5, 2016

Funeral services will be held by Austin Peel & Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Lane, Austin, Texas.

Willie was a dear heart, and a beautiful woman. Jimmy was a blessed man for being her companion. Rest well, Willie.

They say behind every good man there is a GREAT woman. Willie was better than great. She will be sorely missed but in a far better place now. Peace be with you Jim.
