Post by Jack Stoner »

Hoss passed away yesterday, in Florida where he retired to, due to heart problems.

Hoss is from Canandaigua, NY.

Hoss was a singer and steel player and had his own bands in the Canandaigua area. He was also a member of the Florida Steel Guitar Club.

Another member of our FSGC "Hoss" has passed on.
What a friend he was to all.
I 1st met him in 1987 when we took a seminar at the PSGA show in Armonk, NY.
Rest in peace my friend.

Rip..hoss....

Post by Richard E. Lee »

Hoss, will be forever missed by those of us especially in the Upstate NY area. " Hoss and the Roadrunners Band " will live on in the memories of us all. The talents of that band, was years ahead of its time..names like Donnie Colf, Danny Hart, Bruce King, Sharon Green, etc..will live forever in my mind.
Hoss was admired by all of us who knew him, for his humor and and quick witt. He was a friend to everyone he met..and very special to those of us...who knew him well...RIP my Friend...you'll never be forgotten...dick

In the above message, I omitted the drummer, as I made mention of the band " Hoss and the Roadrunners "..The drummer was DONNIE BOYLAN...My sincere apology to DONNIE, and his family.
