Services will be
Tuesday, July 15, 3:00 PM at
The First Assembly Of God, 1100 W Lake drive, Payson, AZ. 85541

You may send condolences to the family and express your love for Jack at

those emails go directly to the pastor and will be shared with Jack's family.

There will also be a Memorial in Nashville, Tn. in September. That information will be posted as soon as it is available.
