Screen view

I didn't see this in any other posts. Sorry if I missed it.

Is there a way to change the screen view so that the entire song appears on one screen?

In many of the examples that I've seen, there appears to be a line separating the intro, verse, chorus, etc, but I can't find that feature. I understand the markers creating a new chorus, etc.

I'm using the 2013 version on a Mac.
