I have Truth powered speakers B2030A.. I want to record on my Laptop, The truths have 1/4' & XLR Outputs, is the any way I can hook these up to my Laptop (Gateway), plus I have earphone monitor box that I can plug 4 headphones into. Would also like to hook this up if possible.. All help appreciated.

Actually, the Truths do not have any Outputs, jolynyk wrote:. . . The truths have 1/4' & XLR Outputs . .
but just go from the audio out/headphone out
of your Laptop to the input of the Truths.

Thanks Sorry for my mistake.. I meant Inputs, Of course they don't have outputs.. DUH, my bad..
So where can I hook up my Headphone monitor??
And there is only one mini headphone out on the Laptop, would I need a splitter box of some kind to go to 2 truths so I can play back in Stereo??
Thanks for your help.

The Headphone out will work. It is a stereo out, so a splitter is needed for the two studio monitor speakers.
The headset distribution box will also work. However, my studio monitors tend to have noise when connected to the headphone output on my recording interface units or my headphone distribution units. If I connect them to the "line out" jacks then there is no hum.
I've had intermittent success with studio monitors and PC's. Keep the PC volume level relatively low as the studio monitors are "powered".
