Good Day Maestro Peter! Comments posted below said UTube clip suggests the steeler may be from Norway. Additionally, the clip poster has a FB page which also suggests a Norway location. I bet our mutual friend Bent would know the answer.

I understand the Arctic Vortex has bypassed Finland this year? My area has gotten a taste of said groin busting cold weather of sub zzzzzero temps, hovering around all winter. Lets meet up somewhere in Central America and have a toddy or two. I've been ready to thaw out.....
