Audacity

Post by Ray Thomas »

Would like to know if there are some Audacity users out there and what you use it for, I have just installed it primarily to convert cassette tapes and 33-1/3 records to cd but there seems to be many other uses for it. Thanks for joining in as I am a new user and need all the info I can get. Its in the Audio section also but is better here

Hi Ray, There's so much you can do with Audacity.
After you load a song into it, on the top click Effect
and you'll see a long list of things you can do with it.
I use it most to slow down tracks to learn a song, and
sometimes I like to change the key or tempo of a song.
