Trouble getting volume with biab

Hi, My BIAB is simply not loud enough for me to use it. I can play YouTube videos and they're too loud but through the same speakers with the same settings my biab is not loud. in fact its very quiet. I've set the volume adjustments up all the way and its still not loud enough.
Does anyone know what I should do? Thanks, Don
