Hal Rugg on steel. Someone will know who the singer is. It's not Del Reeves but he sounds a lot like Del.

Walter, I've never heard of Jay Lee Webb, but that seems to be the guy on the cover. Thanks again my friend.

Thanks Walter & Charles. Nothing I like better than discovering a country singer I've never heard before.

That's one of the great things about country music - there's no end to it. These Jay Lee Webb sides are like a Hal Rugg textbook. Check this out:

Walter, where can I get this fantastic album?? Do you know if it was released on CD?

If you like Jay Lee Webb you'll love Peggy Sue Webb too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTNgE2BlHU0

By the way, Jay Lee Webb is Loretta Lynn's brother. He recorded a couple of albums for Decca in the late 60s, no idea if there were and re-releases on CD.

Hal Rugg all over it! :)

Kind Regards, Walter
