It's not Steve Goodman. His "Somebody Else's Troubles" is a different song.

I will take a guess the Band was: Johnny Lee Wills. I don't know who was on Steel, Maybe J.L. Jenkins or Roy Hunnicut.

It is Paul Howard and his Arkansas Cottonpickers, with Slim Idaho on Steel. The two hot guitar players are Jabbo Arrington and Hank Garland. :)
