Jeffran College
Newbie here, so I'm not quite sure if this is the right bit of the Forum to post to.
Has anyone got any information about Jeffran College? Have they closed down / gone on holiday, or what??
I've sent two separate e-mails about separate topics over the last month or so, but haven't received a reply.
... Or is it just because I live far away in Scotland ??!
Best Regards
Ian

I assume you mean Jeffran Music if you're looking for courses or accessories. The College itself is no more since Jeff Newman's passing in 2004 of course. You may not know this though depending on how new a newbie you are.
International calls may be a pain, but I've found the best way to reach Fran is to call her on the phone.
Mt. Juliet Tennessee. 615 470 5224 is the last number I have for her. There's a postal address posted somewhere on the forum I can probably find if you would like that.

Jeffran "College" = Jeffran Music
Thanks Jerry
I was aware of Jeff's passing, but I had assumed that Fran was continuing with the whole business.
In fact, it was concerning some of Jeff's DVDs that I was trying to contact Fran initially, but as it is, I've now been able to resolve that particular problem.
Phoning the USA is a bit of a pain. Because of the time difference, you have to remember and schedule the proper business time to make the call. If Fran is still running the business, it may be worth my while to make the time to speak with her.
Thanks again for your help.

I ordered some stuff from Fran just a few weeks ago. Indeed, you have to call her. She did reply to one email I sent, but others have not gotten replies - although she read the one where I detailed what I wanted, so when I called it was just a matter of passing on credit card info. So, you might want to try that.
