Sorry to report that bassist/vocalist,Ray Emmett Passed away yesterday,June 2nd,2013. He was on life support for a while. Don't have any details yet but,as soon as I learn them I will post. :cry: Ray was probably best known for his work w/ Geo. Jones & Faron Young.

What a small world....The first country band I played in at 19 years old, was with Ray Emmett...From what I remember of him, he was a great guy. After leaving Birmingham, I had never run into him again...RIP old friend...
