Tracks to Ipod or CD

Post by Sonny Jenkins »

Several years ago at the Texas jamboree Mike Auldridge had a little "device" in his shirt pocket with a small wire hanging out of it. He sat down, plugged the wire into an amp, messed with the device a minute, a "band" started out of the amp and he proceeded to play along. I asked him about it and explained that he had about 200 songs on the device (I guess it was when Ipods were fairly new) Anyway,,,how can I put (finished) biab tracks on Ipod,,,or CD?

The first step is to "Render" the BIAB songs to MP3's (each BIAB song). You can then take the MP3 song files and load them on an iPod or some other MP3 player, connect that player to an amp and you will be able to play (hear) the tracks.

Up at the top by the save icons on BIAB there is one that says "audio"

Click that and it will ask you where you want to save it... it will save it as a mp4 or aiff (mac) probably a wav in PC....

drop it into iTunes or player of choice and convert to mp3 if you want it to be smaller. Or burn to CD... very easy.. I do it multiple times a week for students.

Good Luck
