If you want to hear something that should bring tears to your eyes, go to YouTube and find "Angel Band" by George Jones and Vestal Goodman.
When George ran into that bridge abutement some years ago and got busted up he went into severe depression and isolated himself from everyone except he requested to see Vestal Goodman.
She visited George and she "ran off the devil" and got George back on track.
I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Kevin,
Thanks for posting the address.
There will never be another George Jones or a Vestal Goodman.

Wow, what a performance. Hard to watch without a tissue.
I too thought the steel work sounded like my hero, John
Hughey... Anybody know for sure?

My guess it's Wanda Vic, I've seen her play steel on this song before on the Gaithers, She used a pro 1.
George with Vestal is the best I've heard this song.
Mullen G2 sd10 peavey 112, Goodrich Vp Blackbox, steelers choice seat, BJS bar.

If that isn't John Hughey, then it isn't George and Vestal singing.

If you happen to catch some of the Goodman's videos, Rabbit Easter is playing steel guitar, including Dobro.
