Desperado on my 78 PP

Post by Billy McCombs »

Hay everyone I'm a PP guy now. It arrived today from Lynn Stafford. I'm really impressed with the sound and the playability of this Emmons. It fells like a Emmons to me. I was under the impression that it would be on the spongy side, It fells just like my SKH. I think Lynn did a great job setting it up to Day and adding a LKV. Cant Wait to play it out. Thanks again Lynn. https://www.box.com/s/v01cfebig9tm7ziiot76

Billy,

Thanks so much for posting your fine playing here and for your very kind words :)

I'm thrilled that you are enjoying the Emmons I sold you. Thanks for the phone call this morning. Having a customer call and rave about a guitar they purchased from me means more than you could ever know.
Best regards,
Lynn Stafford

Thanks guys I finally got to play the PP out this weekend. Friday at a senior hall and Sat. at the Moose lodge. The tone was great. I have owned a Zum MSA,BMI, two Mullen, pre RP and a RP, and 3 all pull Emmons. Nothing has the tone and Timber of this PP Emmons. What a great weekend to discover what a Emmons is all about. Bill I'm recording with a Pot pedal to a Black Box to a Profex 2 to a Presonus Firestudio Mobil. Thanks for the compliment Bill your a Great picker. Thanks to all especially Lynn Stafford for selling me this great Tone Monster. Billy
