On that song? Hah. You can catch them tonight at the Baked Potato, oddly enough.

Man--I hate to ask because it seems like sort of an inside joke and I'm busting myself as being unhip......but jesus these guys are good. Guitarist kicks ass. I just watched the youtube with Richard Thompson and this guitarist cops some Thompson licks and puts his own stamp on Shoot Out The Lights. Who the hell is he?!

That's Beau Shit, aka Val McCallum. He just got off the road with Jackson Browne; used to play for Lucinda Williams and Shelby Lynne. Lucinda (Mama Shit) will probably show up tonight to do a few songs - Jackson (Browne Shit) too. I guess you recognized Piece o'Shit behind the drums; Pete Thomas from The Attractions and now The Imposters. Albert Lee (Bert Shit) has been turning up to play with them around town lately too. For my money, and I've only been interested in guitar music for fifty years or so, Val's the most interesting touch player I've seen in a long, long time. Bass player, Davey Faragher was a founding member of Cracker and has been with the Imposters for about ten years I guess.
