I think this is another reprise of the Flying Burrito Brothers. Sounds like Pete Kleinow with that phased steel. Sorta' sounds like they were mining the 80s-90s west-coast country thing that Desert Rose Band and Southern Pacific were doing so well. I like it.

And of course you are right - One of the later line-ups of the FBB, with John Beland, Gib Gilbeau, Ronnie Tutt and, of course, Sneaky Pete on steel. I remember buying the CD at a concert they did in Vienna in 1994. Sneaky Pete spent a lot of time with me and a few other steel players who attended the concert mostly because of Pete. A very nice and humble person!
