You Aint going Nowhere intro video

Post by Josh Yenne »

Lots of good tabs on this by other members but really had to sus out this intro for a show last night and thought I'd put up a video walk through just in case people were interested.

I've gotten so much from this forum over the 4 years I've been playing steel and I like to try to give back some whenever I can.. I've got a handful videos like this on my site to check out...

Obviously I'm a lloyd green fanatic as most of the transcriptions are of his playing! :-)

I'm going to get to the solo break soon also... 1st round of solo is pretty similar to intro but the second round is some great "minor over major" playing that is just tasty.

Keep 'em coming Josh! Yes, it's helpful :) As a closet "lick picker-outer" myself I find it really helpful to see what others have come up with...and THEY'RE usually right!

ha thanks guys.....

yea.. not trying to sound needy... I'm figuring these phrases out for my good but as I'm studying them I try to throw them up to help others as so many have helped me on this forum...

But just not getting a lot of feedback... and it does take a good hour of my time probably to get them recorded, transferred, tagged, uploaded and then linked on here... so hence one sort of looks for some feedback that my time is worth it and people are getting something out of all of that.

Great stuff Josh. If you ever want to do a vid for "One Hundred Years" PM me for the complete tab - I put it up on the forum a ages ago but the link's gone bad.
