3:20 a.m. and we are home from the hospital---my wife's brother passed away at 1:15 A.M. Feb.8, 2013, officially. A long battle with chronic alcoholism was lost this morning. He was 52. We are devastated------------

James, my condolences to your family. Alcoholism is terrible to watch a family member go through. I watched my father go through a lifetime of it and it was to see if the cigarettes or the alcohol would take him first. His last 3 years were very difficult. An extremely talented vocalist and musician, he passed away at 56 from lung cancer and never did quit drinking. I'm sorry for your loss.

Thankyou for the kind words, everyone.

Wayne, been a tough one for you, too, my friend. It's tough to wrap your mind around it.
