Patricia Ann (Davis) Ballard,65,of Decatur, Illinois,died Thursday, December 13, 2012. Pat was the mother of Chrissy
Sparks-Rigsby a Central Illinois musician and friend of pedal steel guitarists everywhere. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home of Decatur is handling arrangements.
