sorting question

I guess it really doesn't matter but when I open my bb songs (I have them stored in a music file) they are in alabetical order. For some reason now when I open them they are ok but as soon as I select one and play it then go to to select the next song they are in a random order. It no big deal but it just started doing that and I wondered why? If I close it out and go to the file it opens up right again. I'm just curious as to why it won't stay in order like it used to.
