Can't View Ebay
Having trouble seeing ebay. I can go right to the home page on ebay, even sign into my account no problem. But on the main ebay page, after i type something into search, hit the catagory, and click search, the page i go to is all "white". I try hitting refresh, it still fills in all white...what don't i have sat right? scripts, or what? Thanks, George

You didn't state what brand and version of browser you are using, and what, if any extensions are enabled.George Redmon wrote:Having trouble seeing ebay. If you are using a recent version of Firefox, with the NoScript Add-On installed and enabled, allow all scripting on eBay pages. You will have a visual indication if any scripts are being blocked in the NoScript icon, on the browser.
If you are using Google Chrome, with the ScriptNo Extension, whitelist ebay.com and its children.
If you are using Internet Explorer, disable all Add-ons and Extensions, close and reopen the browser and try again. If this fixes the problem, one of your add-ons is the culprit. Enable them one at a time until eBay breaks again. Uninstall, or update that add-on or extension.

Also, if you are using IE, don't place ebay.com in the restricted sites zone. That breaks most scripting in IE. It should be in the Internet Zone.

Just as a follow up on this issue. It was that nasty Norton anti virus software that wouldn't let me view ebay. Cass broadview came over, made a few adjustments to it, and all is fine now. Just what she did, i'm not sure. But i can once again glance over ebay. You guys are great on here. Thanks Wiz, and cass, and everyone who keeps me online. Don't know what i'd do without you fine folks. God Bless George Redmon
