Buck Owens - Hello trouble. Steel solo

Post by Aaron Jennings »

Apologies if this has been posted before.

This made my morning. Pretty steel heavy for a two minute clip.

Who's the player?
Any kind souls want to recommend tips for nailing that kind of solo?

J D Maness.

If you like that, look up his solo on the very same tune as recorded by the Desert Rose Band!

Interesting for me to see that he's still playing with the volume turned off after the solo, following the chords.
Fender Kingman, Sierra Crown D-10, Evans Amplifier, Soup Cube.

That guy was totally on his game, sounded perfect. I would love to rip it up like that.
