I got an email from att last week saying my wife's email had been hacked. Sure enough, att disabled the account and I had to reset the password. I could not do this on my own. I had to opene a chat with att online tech support and everything went fine after that. Changed all of my att passwords, and everything works fine. I must say this is one area where, IMHO, att does a pretty good job.
