Kroger neck helps pay the bills

Don't get studio gigs much, so I was stoked when I got called in for this job a few months ago.

Local artist shopping himself to Nashville.

Produced by Mike Gossin of "Gloriana," a pretty popular new country act (So I hear - I don't keep up with all that). He was super nice and had great ideas so it was an easy session for sure.

Mike hummed the parts he wanted and then I played 'em. I figured we were doing a run-through first, but when the track ended, he said, "Great, that'll do."

Anyway, not my cup 'o tea, but I was happy with my sound that day.

Nah, just a session fee (and not much at that!)
