This was almost a "signature" song for T-Teexas Tyler with his "growl" back in the 40's. This version by Billy Walker sounds like he was looking for a new sound with the Band. IMHO, I don't think tjhey quite made it !!

:) Classic Buddy playing, regardless of when it was recorded, it had that C6 sound that Buddy is noted for and I sure liked it. ;-) :)

Man, I love that sound. That rhythm is pulling everything toward the center, and there's a lot of room there. Thanks for putting this one up, Daune.
