Doug supernaws old steel player
Does anyone know who this steel player is in the video?
This 90's country is much better than the so called country music of today.
I always liked Dougs music too bad he couldn't get all of the demons out of his head.

Doug Supernaw
I really didn't recognize the steel player, but I almost thought that he was Kenny Jackson. I did recognize the drummer; "Joe DeLeon"
Kenny worked with Doug for a good while; I haven't heard or seen Kenny in several years. I believe that Robin Mims worked some jobs with Doug, but I be for sure.
I actully wondered where Doug is these days. Maybe somebody will give us some info.........

The steel player is for sure Donnie Crider.
Donnie I think is still living around the Marble Falls,Texas area.Donnie played some fantastic steel on Dougs material.Too bad Doug isnt touring anymore

If it is not traditional country music with steel and fiddle playing then its not music worth listening too.

I was at the Stagecoach Inn in Stamford, Texas the night "Goose Crider" turned 16. He was a fine steel player already. He was playin with Mark Scott and Southern Comfort. His Dad was the fiddle player. I asked Kelly Spinks about Donnie a couple of years ago and I think Kelly said Donnie didn't play much anymore. I hope that has changed.
