Tom Brumley - What brand of steel?

Post by Tommy Minniear »

I think this may be a clip from one of the old Jimmy Dean Shows. I'm wondering what brand of pedal steel Tom Brumley is playing:

That's a Fender. They're lip syncing to the record here. No steel

Thats not a Fender in that video. That is a Sho~Bud permanent. Tom played a Sho~Bud for a very short time.

Thanks Greg! It didn't look like a Fender to me or else I wouldn't have asked. I didn't know that Tom played a Sho~Bud Permanent for a short time. Very interesting!
