Hello again.
Thought I would like to pay a little tribute to the man that is the reason I started playing steel-Tom Brumley. He was probably the first "pedal steel" player I heard, and that was on the good old Buck Owens records back in the late 60`s-early 70`s. I did not even know what it was that I heard, but I loved that special sound, and said to myself-I`m gonna learn to play that thing one day whatever it is! Later on I met Tom,and Rolene here in Norway, they stayed at my house, and we met several times in St.Louis.Really great people that I am happy to call friends.Rolene is daily on my facebook,so we have good contact with the Brumley family.
Hope you like my take on "Free and easy"

Another great one Egil. Gee. I haven't heard that one
for many years. Nice to hear again and played so well.
Tom had many great songs, and I always loved to hear
his playing. Glad to see others bringing these back.
