New cd wont import into itunes-help please

While in Nashville last week I bought a new cd by John England and the WEstern Swingers...great group...I saw them perform with the great Tommy Hannum on steel...the cd plays fine in my cd player but when i try to import it to my itunes...itunes responds as tho it is a blank cd and thinks I want to burn something to it. I had the same problem with the cd I bought at ET record shop of Mike Johnson. All of the others import with no problems. These are original cds, not copies I got from someone. I have never had this problem before and I have about 60gb worth of music on my itunes. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You could try dragging the tracks from the Finder or an Explorer window (if they show up) onto the iTunes icon or directly into iTunes. Or click on File/Add To Library in iTunes and browse for the tracks.
