Biab Won't Load

I have a new Dell 620 Desktop with WINDOWS 7, I tried to load BIAB Version 10 (I also have BIAB 11 UpGrade). My new Dell refuse to load BIAB #10, it displays a message that this software (BIAB 10) is not compatible with WINDOW 7.
What should I do??????

Try installing it in a compatibility mode for Vista or XP.

Strange that you get that message as Windows 7 is backward compatible with many older programs.
