No C6th. No Speed Picking!!

Post by Bobby Boggs »

Some have asked if I have any examples of my work besides C6th and speed picking.Well this will prove I do it all equally bad.:D Here's a couple of tunes I played on for a friend of mine. Nothing fancy, just another day at the office type session. I arrived for the last 30 mins of the session. Was ask to play through each song twice. They choose what they wanted after I left. A little busy for a session. But again, they ask me to fill it up. Surprised they left this much steel. But here ya go. Maybe some of you will enjoy.

Hi Bobby - You play great... in any style. Donna and I often talk about the day we visited you and our trip to Nashville, we had such a great time.

All the the best you and yours.

Great stuff Bobby.
Why heck, I can remember being set up beside you in Powderville, SC, when you had a broken left leg. You set your volume pedal, then played E9 pedals with your right foot.
You are still one of my favorites.

Thanks so much guys. Being a fan of you all makes your replies even more meaningful. I've heard you play live and or seen your You Tubes.

Mark, I do hope I get to visit with you and your lovely wife again. I keep aiming to make a Texas run. Maybe Dallas one day.

Bill, you have a great memory for and old guy.:P However some things are best forgotten.

Again Thanks and Be Blessed.

BB,

Just wanted to chime in also and say "Beautiful job"
Bobby. Your heart, style, and delivery are tough to
beat... anywhere !!

Very reminiscent of our visit with you at JT's last
summer.

Thanks for putting these up for us.

Best regards,
Scott Truax

Very beautiful playing Bobby. Funny, though, I don't remember you leaving any of those licks on the Fessenden that you sold me years ago...wish that you had. Try as I dod, it still sounded like me.
You play with a lot of soul.
