Definately Johnny Dollar. Don't know about steel, guess Lloyd, Hal, or Pete.

Walter... who's doing the fiddles. I'd guess Tommy Jackson, and maybe Dale Potter or Shorty Lavender?

Great song. Real country for sure! :)

Definitely Lloyd, no mistaking it. It's on Chart Records so he was probably session-leader and arranger too...

Yes, that's Lloyd Green with Johnny Dollar, from the Chart album "Big Rig Rollin' Man". Sorry, but I don't know the other musicians, no information on the cover or otherwise known to me.
