I also go for Red Foley with Jerry Byrd. There was some great three way harmony with the Steel and two other lead Guitars. That was the style back in those days and you better know how to play a melody line and phrase with the other players !

Red and Jerry but the lead guitar player, either Zeke Turner or Grady. Just guessing there.

Yes, that is Red Foley with Jerry Byrd. Jerry did a lot of recordings with Red in the late 1940s and can be heard on some of Red's famous tracks such as "Tennessee Saturday Night" and others.
