Jamie, Thanks for your response. I knew that Neil is from Spokane & that he recorded at least one LP record. Are you aware of any other recordings by him?

Yes, I found the LP at a thrift store here, it's called "Pedal Steel Guitar Excellence". And sometimes there is a CD of religious material for sale on Ebay, it's called "Through It All".

Maybe more people will remember Neil as the guy who made the steel guitar car noises on Charlie Ryan's recording of Hot Rod Lincoln.
