'Wills Point' is in one of Buddy Emmons' courses - not sure which one.

Wills Point is on a rhythm track Goin' Out Swingin' with Buddy and Ray Pennington. I'm hear Buddy's courses are distributed through Jim Palenscar at Steel Guitars of North County but I defer to Mr. Emmons or Ernie Renn.
