Yes, that's got to be Buddy Emmons on this album, also because the recording dates are november 15, 16 and 17 in 1965 (except for "I could sing all night long" on november 11).

I remember when I first heard that. Figured it was not
a standard guitar and Buddy was the guy doin' it as
I knew and later confirmed.

He was so far ahead of his time.
