Hi Mike, Many thanks buddy. WOW! There sure is some nice music
on there with some fantastic steel pickin'. Can't listen very long
tho, as it uses too much of the download time that I'm allowed. :(

Thank you Mike! :D Thanks also to those responsible for this streaming audio. Just when I was saddened by the end of steelradio.com, which was a terrific source of steel music, someone has picked up the ball and ran with it into the endzone. Score! This is great steel music!

Thanks Mike for bringing it everyone's attention. It's being brought to you by the producers of the Wheeling Jamboree. There's more music being uploaded all the time. It's running on a random rotation right now. There is some live programming in the making so stay tuned, there's more to come.
This site was started in response to the loss of steelradio.com. If you would like to submit material for consideration to be played, you can contact me and I can steer you in the right direction.
There is a I phone player icon with no app required to listen on your I phone. Try it.
Proceeds from all donations will go the Non-Profit company that produces the Wheeling Jamboree and it's affiliates.

Thanks Mike,
I'm enjoying this. Last night I couldn't sleep so I put this station on. I finally had to turn it off or I'd have been up all night

www.steelradioonline.com had a temporary set back with a hard drive crash, but is back up and running now with a lot of new material from before. ie: Mike Sigler, John Hughey, Doug Jernigan, Russ Hicks, Sonny Curtis, David Hartley, and many others. Plus some great Classic Country singing with some great steel guitar featured. Streaming music round the clock. Give it a listen and see what you think. I turn it on and let it play in the background when I'm on my computer.

Hi Bent, I'm having problems with it too. I get tiny pieces or just
a bar or two and it it goes off. Sometimes I get about 1/2 a song.
Got some real good music on there if you could just listen to it. :?

Sorry you're having problems. I just came back home and clicked on the link I posted and it opened the home page, I selected Realplayer and it went right on and is playing right now while I'm typing. Not a computer whiz so I can't offer any other suggestions.

It's worked for a bit Jim. I just got "Red Wing" and
"You Don't Have Very Far To Go" all the way thru, but
then the fast steel tune only came thru in pieces and
then it stopped all together. Been like this all day. :(

I'm no expert on this computer stuff, but it sounds to me like a internet connection problem on your end. I've had it on for the past hour, steady, and no gliches. Listening to PaPa John playing "It Is No Secret" right now. I hope you can get it resolved. There's some good stuff on there.

I downloaded the android app to my phone, but I could not find this station on the android application.

I was able to listen to the station on my PC and it is great.

Sure would like to listen on my phone. Anyone else able to listen to it using the android app?

My problem is I get nothing at all. I click on the windows Media Player app and the arrow in the player stays shaded meaning no connection.

Hi

This works perfectly on my apple iPad. No glitches, perfectly clear, and I can AIRPLAY it to the surround sound system with a singe click on the envelope to the right of the play button. And, I don't have a particularly fast Internet connection at all. You have a 7 choice player option too for your different devices.

I like it,
It's bookmarked..
