Hi, its been a while since I have post on SGF.
Here is a video I make tonight, and you can see my pretty wife, and if you listen closely to the tune,
you can hear my Emmons D10 LL II with brand new string on it. .
Enjoyd.
Kjell, you've been away too long. Glad your back again.
WOW! You sure did a fastastic job on that, it's beautiful.
That's what I call real country, played like it should be.

Hi Bill Moran, the franklin have som short resting, I haven`t change the string on it yet, but he will be ready to my next gig.
BTW its a superb steel I newer going to sale. It`s fit me like a woman you now. Btw I have change the orginal BL 710 pup to another BL 710 I got from Bill Lowranse in 98,
and it becomes more sharper in the tone. There is some different resisting in the older copper wire they use on the first made BL 710 at the early 90`s.
You will see and hear the Franklin soon my friend with new sound.
And thank you all for the fine comments.

IMO, it doesn't get any better. Great "touch", "tone" and mix. Love your relationship with your wife; my wife and I have been married 56 years and we are happier now than ever. This Saturday, I'll be watching one of our grandsons play football with our son. Of course I'll be sitting on a good cushion with a blanket. Is the child in the video yours? Thank you for the video.
Hi everybody,
It is nice to read all the great comments to Kjell's playing.
Kjell is a friend of mine and we try to meet every time I am back in Norway. This august was no exception and I stopped by at his house. He showed me his music room with the 2 steels proudly displayed, as well as his home recording outfit.
I don't need to tell you that Kjell is a serious student of the pedal steel guitar, as well as becoming very good at the recording end of it---this is evident when you listen to some of his songs.
I think a CD is long overdue. Kjell agrees with this. He just needs to overcome some backing issues.
He has a hard time finding good quality backing tracks. Money being the issue of course, he is willing to sit down and make the tracks himself but this takes time. For a 7 to 5 working man, this is not always easy to do.
Stand by - one of these days we will hear a CD from Kjell.
In the meantime I hope you all subscribe to this man's youtube channel. Thanks for listening!
Man you hit the bullseye on that one,Great job playin & Thanks for sharin this post
