FOR PETE'S SAKE by THE BERLIN RAMBLERS

Post by Roger Shackelton »

The Berlin Ramblers at U.S. Air Force Day on Tempelhof Air Base, as shown on AFN Television, with the instrumental "For Pete's Sake", performed by steel guitarist 'Hook' Minck. A precision mechanics engineer by profession, 'Hook' converted his triple-neck Fender into a pedal steel, manufacturing all the components himself!

Does anyone know Hook Minck?

Since the video is in black & white, perhaps this video was made in the 1960s. :?:

No I don't know the steel player but I know the singer! His name Lonnie and I met him in Stockholm last summer - it's a small world... This is the website of his current band, the "Lonesome Riders" http://www.lonnie.net/
